Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our team at Nature Heaven Treks and Expedition will welcome you and assist with necessary preparations, permits, and gear checks.
A scenic flight to Lukla (2,860m) marks the start of the trek. A short trek leads to Phakding, passing through beautiful landscapes and traditional villages.
The trail enters Sagarmatha National Park and ascends to Namche Bazaar, the gateway to Everest. A rest day is dedicated to acclimatization and exploring the surrounding areas, including hikes to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung Village.
We trek through Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery, and continue towards Pangboche before reaching Ama Dablam Base Camp.
The Ama Dablam Expedition involves establishing three high camps:
Camp 1 (5,700m): A steep ascent over rocky ridges
Camp 2 (5,900m): A technical climb with exposed rock and ice sections
