Booking and Payment
To confirm a visit with Nature Heaven Treks and Expedition, a tenth deposit is required. the rest is paid upon arrival in Kathmandu before starting the journey. We accept the most major currencies, similarly as card and wire transfers, with international transaction charges covered by the client.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Customers must notify us in writing a minimum of 30 days ahead if they have to alter their booking. Rescheduling or transferring the booking to a different person may affect the price. Just in case of emergencies, cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ notice to receive a deposit refund. Cancellations with but 30 days’ notice won’t receive a deposit refund.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering trip cancellation, loss, medical expenses, and evacuation. Clients should confirm their sum of money before arriving in Nepal, ensuring it includes “climbing” if they’re reaching to climb one of the trekking peaks.
