Nature Heaven Treks and Expedition (P) Ltd, Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal (Reg. No. 215948/75/076), we want all our guests to feel safe, clear, and confident when booking a trek, tour, or expedition with us. Please read these simple booking terms so you know what to expect.

Trip & Booking Contract

Your booking with Nature Heaven Treks and Expedition is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a confirmation letter. This confirmation acts as your official travel contract. Please check all details carefully and let us know right away if something looks incorrect.

Payment Policy

To secure your trek or tour, we ask for a 10% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid in Kathmandu before your trip begins. We prefer cash payments (USD, EUR, NPR, or major currencies), but we also accept cards and bank transfers. Any international transfer fees must be covered by the client.

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or change your trip, please notify us in writing at least 30 days before your departure date.
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation happens within 30 days of departure.
• You may transfer your booking to another person or reschedule, but costs may vary.
• In case of personal emergencies, we recommend claiming through your travel insurance provider.

Cutting Your Trip Short

If you decide to end your trek early, we cannot refund the cost of unused services (lodging, food, guide, transport). For sudden trip cuts, please check with your travel insurance for possible claims.

Passports and Visas for Nepal

To enter Nepal, you need a valid passport (6 months validity & one blank page) and a Nepal tourist visa. Visa fees:

• 15 days – USD 30
• 30 days – USD 50
• 90 days – USD 125

Tip: Fill out the online Nepal visa form before your flight and bring the printed receipt with barcode. This makes the visa process easier at Kathmandu airport.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend buying comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and climbing (if trekking peaks are included). While we don’t sell insurance, we’ll guide you if you need help finding the right coverage.

Refusal of Service

We care about a safe and friendly trekking environment. Nature Heaven Treks reserves the right to refuse service if a guest shows violent behavior, heavy drinking, or verbal abuse toward guides, staff, or fellow trekkers. Respect and kindness are essential on the trail.

Photos and Videos

During your journey, our guides may take photos and videos. Nature Heaven Treks and Expedition may use these for our website, brochures, and social media. If you don’t want your pictures shared, please let us know in advance.

Acceptance of Terms
