To book a trip with Nature Heaven Treks and Expedition, you need to pay a deposit first. This deposit is 10% of the total cost. This helps us hold your spot and plan your trip.
The rest of the payment (90%) is paid when you arrive in Kathmandu, before your journey begins.
We accept most major currencies (like US Dollars, Euros, etc.). You can pay by cash, credit or debit card, or by wire transfer (bank transfer).
If you pay by card or bank transfer from another country, any extra fees from international transactions will be your responsibility.
We know that sometimes plans change, and that’s okay! Here’s what you need to know if you want to change or cancel your booking with Nature Heaven Treks and Expedition:
Tell Us Early:
If you need to change your booking or cancel, please tell us in writing at least 30 days before your trip. This helps us manage things smoothly.
Changing Your Booking:
If you want to reschedule (change your trip date) or transfer your booking to another person, please note that the price may change. We will let you know if this happens.
Canceling Your Booking:
If you cancel 30 days or more before your trip, you will get your deposit money back.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your trip, unfortunately, we cannot refund your deposit.
Emergency Situations:
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you face an emergency, and we will do our best to help.
We highly recommend that you buy travel insurance before your trip. This insurance should cover things like:
Cancelling your trip if something unexpected happens
Losing your belongings
Medical costs if you get sick or hurt
Emergency evacuation, which means getting you safely out if there’s a serious problem
If you are planning to climb any mountains or trekking peaks in Nepal, make sure your insurance includes coverage for climbing activities.
Also, before you arrive in Nepal, check how much money your insurance covers. It should be enough to cover all the things above, especially climbing if you will do it.
Having good travel insurance helps keep you safe and protects you from big costs if something goes wrong on your trip.
